State Licensing

Greenlight Financial Services ("GFS") is authorized to make home loans in most states. Individual state law requires GFS to display licensing or registration information in the following states:

Arizona Mortgage Bankers License #BK0905014; Loans will be made or arranged pursuant to a Department of Corporations California Finance Lender License; Licensed by the Department of Corporations under the California Residential Mortgage Lending Act; Georgia Residential Mortgage Licensee #17555, 8105 Irvine Center Drive, Suite 150, Irvine, CA 92618; This is not an offer to enter into an agreement, any such offer may only be made in accordance with Minnesota Statutes section 47.206 (3) & (4); Exempt from licensing under the Missouri Residential Mortgage Brokerage Act; Licensed Mortgage Banker under the name Greenlight Financial Services Inc dba Greenlight Mortgage, New York State Banking Department, 8105 Irvine Center Drive, Suite 150, Irvine, CA 92618; Licensed by the Virginia State Corporation Commission as a mortgage lender ML-573
